Return, Refund & Cancellation

Keeping the convenience of customers and the Altmetrics family, we are glad to inform you that a customer can return a product if damaged or the customer wishes to change.
Complaints for Replacement of Breakage or Damaged Products will be acceptable only within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product should be in proper condition. Your item must be in original packaging.
The product’s bottle should not be opened or tampered with. The seal of the bottle should not be removed or broken.
You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately notify you of the status of the return and exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate the exchange or refund process.
For the orders placed from the wallet account then the refunds will be made back to the wallet. This credit can be used to buy any other product or exchange the product.
Refund of orders placed through bank transfer will be made through bank transfer only and it will take 5-7 working days for the funds to reach your account.
